Jennifer helped sell our condo and buy our new house and home. She was very organized and professional on our tours - always early. She took the time to understand our style, comfort zones and personalities. Once we became a team, she wanted it to be right for us. She spent some time reading us at first and spends a lot of effort being respectful, so when we wanted her to be more blunt about what she thought, we let her know and she (gladly, I'm sure) quickly switched gears. When we wanted to show her what we found, she followed us. When she wanted to show us we she found, we followed her ... It was a an enjoyable and first class experience for something as important as buying and selling a home.

Once listed her caliber of knowledge, performance and communication exceeded our expectations. The home buying experience can be VERY stressful to say the least! MANY moving parts from, builders, inspections, contractors, mortgage companies, movers, etc... I had very little experience in any of this. Not only did Jennifer find the exact home, I had been looking for (in a fantastic area and at a great price), she dealt with each and every one of these issues without any prompting from me. Some of these things were not her responsibility yet, she took them upon herself without a word from me. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive, knowledgeable, conscientious individual to work with. If and when I sell my home, she will be my 1st call. She will be the one I count on to find the right buyer and she will be the one I count on to find my new home, when that time arrives.
